Eminent economists of the world have always opined that school education plays an important role in the socio-economic development of a society as it opens the gates to higher education and professional courses for the young generation leading to employment and creation of assets.It is also a fact that school education available to rural and semi-urban areas of our country is generally poor and suffers from inequalities perpetuated by our policy makers. This puts students of these areas in disadvantages position in comparison to their urban counterparts.Surajmal Memorial Education Society is ceased of the situation and making sincere efforts to benefit our student coming from villages and small townships. Maharaja Surajmal Public School Shamli has been established for this purpose. It has been our endeavor to make this School a harbinger of purposeful education and growth. The School has good infrastructure, good teachers and competitive academic support system. The school is providing quality education.Besides providing regulatory education prescribed by CBSE Board, the School is arranging teachers training program to improve their academic skills, counseling of students by experts and talent development program to improve their academic skills, counseling of students by services of expert organizations to improve the self confidence, general knowledge, social skills and clarity of direction regarding their future professions.Our focus is on the holistic development of our student so that they may face the future challenges of dynamics of socio-economic development including unemployment.
